Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Navarup Travels' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and travel services.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Booking Terms

  • • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • • A valid passport and necessary travel documents are required for all tours
  • • Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance for domestic tours
  • • International tours require booking at least 30 days in advance
  • • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice
  • • Special dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking

Payment Terms

  • • A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking
  • • Full payment must be completed 15 days before departure
  • • We accept payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, and UPI
  • • All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways
  • • Additional charges may apply for special services or last-minute changes
  • • Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

  • • Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
  • • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund
  • • Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: No refund
  • • No-show on departure date: No refund
  • • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and trip cancellation.

  • • Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages
  • • We can assist you in obtaining travel insurance if requested
  • • Any claims must be made directly with the insurance provider
  • • We are not responsible for any insurance-related matters

Health & Safety

  • • Travelers must be in good health and physically fit for the chosen tour
  • • Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking
  • • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unfit for travel
  • • Emergency medical assistance will be provided to the best of our ability
  • • Travelers are responsible for their own medical expenses
  • • Follow all safety instructions provided by our guides

Liability & Responsibility

  • • Navarup Travels acts as an agent for various service providers
  • • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control
  • • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest) are not covered
  • • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables
  • • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
  • • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour

Code of Conduct

  • • Respect local customs, traditions, and religious practices
  • • Follow environmental guidelines and avoid littering
  • • Maintain appropriate behavior throughout the tour
  • • No consumption of alcohol in restricted areas
  • • Follow the instructions of tour guides and local authorities
  • • We reserve the right to remove disruptive travelers from tours

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
